Much of What You Need to Know About...

❝ BEHOLD a PALE HORSE ❞ by William ( Bill ) Cooper For anyone who's interested in Conspiracy Theories  of any and all kinds, this book; " Behold a Pale Horse " was written by a former spook, a/k/a CIA-DUDE , William Milton ( Bill ) Cooper. He was assassinated by a long-distance sniper soon after its publication in 1991. I have listened to the Audiobook from Audible * like... 3 or 4 times, it's only 3 or 3 ½ hrs. long. Recently, I bought the eBook because there are several "Conspiracies" that are no longer "theories" that I wanted to dig into. Turns out the book is a 12-hour [!] read, making the audiobook some kind of "summary" ( or something ) that Bill Cooper narrates. I will say this, his voice is annoying as hell . He sounds like a frikk'n robot, but still... There's some seriously stunning Scheiße in it that will blow. Your. Mind 💥🤯💣🤯🧨🤯💣🤯💥🤯...

Socialism Sucks: Two Economists Drink Their Way Through the Unfree World

Image
" The bastard step-child of Milton Friedman and Anthony Bourdain, Socialism Sucks is a bar-crawl through former, current, and wannabe socialist countries around the world . " Free-market economists Robert Lawson and Benjamin Powell travel to countries like Venezuela, Cuba, Russia, and Sweden to investigate the dangers and idiocies of socialism—while drinking a lot of beer ." Suggested Reading - Not a Review (YET). I saw these two economists on a Fox Show, like...Tucker Carlson. Maybe? I remember that they were discussing this book and both were really funny. Especially [!] for a couple of dudes who are in an area, Econ., that suggests more of an upper-crust, bow-tie-wearing kind of person. I just know that when I was in College, Econ., although interes...no, it sucked and was boring as all get-out. If either of these guys had been my Professor ( beer included ), I'd have given Milton Friedman a run for his money. OK, probably not, but you get my drift. If you listen

Socialism: The Failed Idea That Never Dies

by  Kristian Niemietz " Socialism is strangely impervious to refutation by real-world experience ." Suggested Reading – Not a Review (YET) Here's the description of Ms. Niemietz book: Socialism is strangely impervious to refutation by real-world experience. Over the past hundred years, there have been more than two dozen attempts to build a socialist society, from the Soviet Union to Maoist China to Venezuela. All of them have ended in varying degrees of failure. But, according to socialism’s adherents, that is only because none of these experiments were “real socialism”. This book documents the history of this, by now, standard response. It shows how the claim of fake socialism is only ever made after the event. As long as a socialist project is in its prime, almost nobody claims that it is not real socialism. On the contrary, virtually every socialist project in history has gone through a honeymoon period, during which it was enthusiastically praised by prominent West

Welcome to Reviews From The Right...

...Hey! If you're here, you either like to read what others think, you were too curious to pass up the link in a post, or you're wondering '#WTLiteralF does this Right-Wing Nut-Job' think she's going to tell me, about anything? To each and every one of you: WELCOME to REVIEWS FROM the RIGHT  Eventually, I'll go back and post the reviews I've already written, mostly on books I've already read. But...since it's October, the month that ends with All Hallows Eve, Dia de Los Muertos, a/k/a Halloween, I'm going to watch mostly Horror or Psychological Thriller flix. Making October just like any other month in the year.  Yes, I'm a huge fan of the frightening, the scary, the dark, the twisted, the 'I can't watch this scene, I'm turning my head so I don't hurl on my laptop ( or phone, or PC keyboard...because I don't watch anything on TV )' I'm going to spend time watching a flic that makes me feel. Since on   any given da
